Blood clot in urine

Hi if anyone could help me that would be great, I don't know
If this helps at all but a few days back I got bad lower stomach pain, but now ofcourse like every morning I wake up and pee but lately when I've been going ive wipped myself and twice now there's been like a redish brown lump or blood clot with sometime white sometimes with it? I haven't had sex so it won't be anything to do there, can someone please help? I'm scared to go to the doctors and tell them

Hi,

Urine containing blood in it is called hematuria. Several health issues can cause this, such as: urinary tract infections (UTI's), kidney infections, medications, or strenuous exercise, etc...Whatever is causing this, you must go see a doctor about it. For extra support, take a close friend or family member with you to your appointment (having someone w/you can help calm your nerves and keep you distracted while you wait).
