No lines on pregnancy test?!

i have just taken a home pregnancy test as I am now 7 days late. And I did exactly as the instructions said, and no lines at all showed up. What does this mean? There weren't even any faint lines. It is completely blank?! It said to wait 3mins and I waited 10 and there's still nothing at all. Can someone please help me?

yes, I definitely peed on the correct bit. It must be a faulty test! Thank you for your reply, I'll buy another test!

Hi there.  Well, you need to throw the test away first of all.  Any test outside of 10 minutes becomes inaccurate.  Did you pee directly on the stick on the right end??  If you did, then the test was faulty/defective.  The control line should ALWAYS come up.  You can't reuse this test but should try another.  And do not read outside of the time frame given as evaporation lines appear and change the test.  good luck
