Yeast infection

I used monistat 7, around the 3rd day I came on my cycle , around the last two days of inserting the cream it didn't burn like that it subsided alot, I'm 3days from being done with the monistat , and I still wear the panty liners in case ..so I went to pee and it smelled like bread . Then the day after it smelled like straight beer .. so I self checked my self ..I don't see any white ,it feels a little irritated near my vaginal hole but not itchy . So am I having a set back or something? Is the yeast just coming out and that's how it smell when treatment is done???
