Cold medicines affect to menstrual cycle

Im 27 yrs old female. I was suffered severe cold 3 weeks ago ane I took medicines for cold gave by my doctor for 1 week. Now im ok but my period is due 3rd of august but its not start until today that is 7th of august.but my tommy pain like i got peroid. Is it due to cold medicines doctor ?? plz help me im really got crazy about thz

Hi.  Yes. Being sick can in and of itself can delay a period.  This is very common.  Illness, stress, weight gain or loss, changes in routine can all delay your period.  Good luck

i don't think cough medicine can affect the period. you can ask your doctor.
