bleeding after urination

So a couple of weeks ago my stool was tart black. I wrote it off as nothing. Not long after I noticed that when I wipe after urination there was blood on the tissue. Now my lower abdomen towards NY side hurts and I found blob of blood on the tissue now. I'm not sure what's wrong but I want to hear some suggestions.

Get to the doctor for a check-up.  Black stool is a sign of intestinal bleeding.  Is it still that color or has it gone back to normal?  Blood in urine is a sign of a UTI, which will require antibiotics.  The lower abdominal pain can be suggestive that the infection has traveled up your urinary tract.
