MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms, intraductal papilloma should be ruled out. These are noncancerous growths in the ducts of the breast. They are the most common reason women experience abnormal nipple discharge. When they become inflamed, intraductal papillomas may result in nipple discharge that contains blood or is sticky in texture.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Go to the doc ASAP. Your nipples should not be bleeding at all.

I hope you get well!
