Genital Warts or Molluscum Contagiosum?

Back in July I noticed a few bumps in the area where my inner thigh and butt meet as well as a bump a bit further down my inner thigh.  The bumps were hard and pink, tan or white (I am dark-skinned).  I went to a doctor who diagnosed me with genital warts and prescribed OTC salicylic acid, which did nothing.  She said they had a cauliflower appearance because I had two bumps that almost looked fused.  A few weeks later and the bumps were in the pubic region, inner thigh and left cheek (one bump popped up on the far side of my right cheek, then suddenly disappeared).  Two developed near the labia and two developed near the anus.  The bumps I examined had a dot, an indentation or seemed filled with white stuff (I didn't pop them to check).  It seemed that as some healed, others came and took their place.

I finally decided to go back to a GP to explore removal options.  He didn't think they were HPV but possibly molluscum based on the distribution and overall appearance.  He froze a few bumps, which have mostly fallen off, but I was told that I may need to go back for more treatment.

Yesterday, I went to an STD clinic and the clinician felt that some bumps looked like warts.  She claimed that a few bumps didn't have a dot (they actually have a white pimple-like structure, but it's hard to see unless illuminated and she wasn't using additional light); had irregular borders (they appear oval or round to me); and were flesh-colored.  Overall, however, she felt that the bumps are molluscum, because of the wide distribution.  She repeatedly stated that because of the cryotherapy I'd just had, some of the lesions were inflamed and could be throwing her off.  (Note: she said one lesion simply looked like an ingrown hair.  It was a actually a huge bump that went down on its own after cryotherapy, despite it not being directly frozen.  It now looks completely different.)

Since the treatment, some of the bumps have turned reddish-pink with a darker outline, as if they're slowly dying or just inflamed.  They appear to have a white center or indentation still; in some bumps, this white center almost seems to be poking out like a pimple or whitehead.

I'm just wondering whether I have HPV, molluscum, or perhaps both?

Thank you
