I should also say that I have had 4 children and 3 pregnancies were identical even afterwards , but my 4th completely different in every way . so even if one or two pregnancies are similar it doesn't mean all will be or that the afterwards will be.

It is not the same every time you have a baby , just like pregnancy and labour can be completely different each time .. also you're breast feeding this time so its different as Breastfeeding can delay menstruation .

Of those who choose not to breastfeed, approximately 80% of women find their period has returned by ten weeks. Breastfeeding can delay menstruation and ovulation for around 20 weeks or more, however it is not uncommon to find your period returning sooner or much longer than 20 weeks.

Well i have a regular  cycle...i bled from  delivery for 4 weeks. ..it stopped. .then I had my period 6 weeks  after delivering my daughter. Your body will  need time to adjust and get back to normal.  I'm 10 months  pp and my periods are still  all wacky.
