can someone please help me

hello, I'm 20 and I didn't know where to go with this. I've been having this really bad pain in my stomach and lower abdomen for a week or two now and it's progressively getting worse, well these past few days I've been really tired and just want to constantly sleep. It reminds me of the pain I had after I had my daughter, which was my gal bladder which I had taken out months ago, so I was wondering what people may think it is.. my fiance wants me to go to the ER today, because I'm getting to the point where I can barely pick up my 8 month old without wanting to fall over and cry.

Well I ended up going into the ER last night, they did multiple test for appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and a few other things. Everything came out fine, cat scan, blood test, urine test perfect besides my anemia, he said it's most likely endometriosis, which kills me because that's what I was hoping I didn't hear since I'm only 20 years old and wanted 2 or 3 kids. I now have to go to the OBGYN and schedule the "surgery" to get checked if it is for sure. I've been crying since they told me that, because I have a 8 and half month old daughter and I wasn't ready to try for a second baby, but if it is endo my fiance and I have already discussed trying since they said it gets worse with time. What they believe has caused it is my scar tissue from my C-section :(

I would listen to your fiancé and get yourself to the ER...

once in awhile, it hurts more when I'm sitting and standing. It never goes away, last time I thought I had a kidney stone they said it was a kidney infection but this is much different and won't go way and all I want to do is sleep and it's hard to be this way when I have a 8 and a half month old daughter.

Kidney-stone?

Does the pain radiate more to your back/flank?

Also, I have not had my period in months, have taken multiple pregnancy test and they have all came out negative.
