Lichen Sclerosis

So Around May 2022 I developed a red spot on my perineum, it almost looks like little cracks in the skin but it never goes away. I thought it was being caused by HSV2 because I got a 1.50 on the IgG test but valtrex hasn't stopped my symptoms. In July 2022 I had a really bad vulva itch for a month straight but never developed any sores so I couldn't go get swabbed. This eventually stopped but then that same red area started tingling on a daily basis (which once again made me think it was HSV so I took valtrex again to no avail), this lasted about 3 months and stopped. 2 months ago (March 2023) | got a UTI and was treated with antibiotics, but after that my vagina started feeling really dry and irritated, I get an itch starting from my clitoris all the way down to my anus that i'm still struggling with as I'm typing this. The inside of my vagina also burns on a daily basis along with that irritated feeling but I don't see anything wrong inside. I've been swabbed for BV, Yeast and other STIs but everything comes back normal. I also kept getting really sharp pains in the inside of my vagina and pelvis but it has recently died down. I also take probiotics everyday. I'm including a link to a picture of the red spot. I really just need advice; I'm 20 years old and I'm so tired of feeling uncomfortable every single day. When I speak to people if it could be caused by HSV I get told that it wouldn't cause month long symptoms; especially without sores. The also feel burning in my anus area with no visible sores

You talk of speaking to "people" and taking Valtrex, but you don't say much about seeing an ob/gyn or a dermatologist. I assume you are under a doctor's care?

I went to both the ER and OBGYN about it … both just told me I have vaginitis and dismissed my symptoms. all swabs negative. I asked for valtrex because of my low positive but it didn’t help
Try seeing a dermatologist. Other than that, all I can suggest is to change your diet so things that might cause inflammation are reduced.
