hi im 26 i have been getting little spots on my right nipple an they are really sore do you know what this could be thank you

These sore spots could be boils or due to viral skin infection. Wear cotton undergarments and keep the area clean. Also use mild soaps like Dove. Apply Neosporin or Bactroban cream on the red bumps.
