Hello, I'm 17 years old and sometimes I get my period twice a month? Is that bad? I usually don't know when my period is going to come, its very irregular. It just comes when it comes. Will I ever get a regular period?

I'm not on any type of birth control but I do work out a lot

The same thing use to happen to me but my period regulated the closer I got to 18

Are you on any type of birth control? I get irregular periods because of the pill but it could be because you're more active like work out alot
