Hi anom111,

It was a good idea that you had your grandmother who is a nurse check
out your injury. I'm also glad you're going to have it checked out, as you
say. Hope you feel better soon. Peace be with you. Eve :)

it wasnt a hit on purpose i was being stupid and mucking around and the person without looking hit me, they didnt mean to do it and felt really bad afterwards,  i had my grandmother look at it who is a nurse and she said that it is just bruising not capillary bursting, thank god!.  it was just swollen and red at the time and did look like it.  the bruising is no longer there and its only sore now when i touch it hard sort of like when your about to start your period but because of being on the bar thats a norm for me with both my breast.  my grandma said its nothing to be fully worried about but i am still going to get checked as she is not sure if will affect my breastfeeding when i have children.

It would be a good idea to see your doctor to check you over.

In the meantime apply lots and lots of cold compresses to the breast to draw out the inflammation and take pain relief as recommended on the packet.

I find apply cold natural yogurt also is great for drawing out inflammation and helping with trauma to tissue too.

Best wishes.

You should be concerned.  Trauma to the breast like that needs to be seen by a doctor.  Blessings - Blu

Hi anom111,

I really hope someone didn't hit you in your left breast on purpose.
What happened if you don't mind me asking ?  You might consider making
an appointment with your family doctor. That must have been quite a
forceful hit if you have some capillaries bursting in your breast. I would
see your family doctor so he or she can examine you and make sure
you're okay and some suggestions as to how to deal with this. Good
luck getting some relief. Eve :)
