what is this...please help

i am 19yrs old and my signifaint other and i are sexualy active.....but here is my question....i haven't had sex in about a month or so and my vigina iches a lot and there is little discharge and i don't know why....i know i don't have a yeast infection, and i try to remember to change my underwear everyday....so what is this? and should i worrie about it? and what can i do?

are you sure you both are clean? like did your parner get tested with you and you actutally hear that they are clean. beacuse people do lie and having a discharge with an itch is a sign of an std.

are you sure you dont have a yeast infection because a yeast infection is itchy and has a discharge.

or it could be the fact that you dont change you underwear everyday. because you said you "try to remember" so that might be it also

either way your gona have to go to the doctor

no it does not burn at all, and my discgarge is creamy. no odor, and and what do you mean by warning...but sometimes i feel when i have to go.

Does it burn a little when you urinate? Do you find you have little warning when you need to pee and is there any kind of odor? What is the consistency of the discharge?
