Thnks that was well said!!!!!!
It's the semen that comes out. The main amount of the liquid that comes out is semen, and it finally rolls back out of the vagina whether you are pregnant or not. The sperm that was in the semen is swimming upstream for dear life after sex. Some of it might come back out in the semen. If the cervix is closed (as in pregnancy or just the wrong time of the month) less sperm cells will get into the cervix, but there is not enough of those to make a visual or appreciable difference in the amount of sperm that comes back out. In other words, it's not like, if you are not pregnant, all the fluid goes up inside you and doesn't come back, and if you are pregnant all the fluid comes rushing back out.
Wish that it would be so simple.
Will the sperm run out? Do you mean out of the vagina? They don't have to. Gravity naturally helps to pull them back down when you stand up or even when you lie there.
