Small tiny white bumps in rows in perineum and outer labia majora close to the anus.

I recently got this white tiny  bumps.they feel like salt grain and are in rows near perineum. They are a little irritable but dont itch.  I had sex with my boyfriend. He got std tested and is negative before we had sex.could tgis be hpv? How lonh until they go away?
