Painful Cramps

I was supposed to start my period 5 days ago. The first day it didn't come which isn't unusual for me. On the second and third days i was spotting in the mornings, then by the fourth day I started bleeding. My cramps are so bad I cannot sit, stand, or put any pressure on myself when using the bathroom. I am also very nauseated and I have not eaten in two days because of it. Please help.

looked up your age 22...It sounds to me that you would likely benifit from birth controll pills, Even if not sexually active, the pill is often used to regulate cycles,,,Natch, you will need to see gyn for this so discuss the extreme pain..he may advise otc pain meds, or prescription ...however your going to have menses for a long time so masking symptoms w pain meds should be short term.
You need to get tests done to know why the pain is so bad...may be endometriosis , common in young women.

I wish you all the best.
