Help please, im really worried!

Help please! Im 20 years old and very worried. I need help and advice im in what would be mid cycle and im having sharp pain in my uterus area, as well as back pain, and dark brown vaginal discharge, and head aches for the past 4 days and ive never had any of these things happen to me. Ive read everywhere that it can be ovulation related or implantation bleeding. But everything ive read is to brief and narrow they dont explain how long either can last, how to tell them apart, what is normal and what isn't. Im also sexual active and on birth control pills and I cant talk to my mom about it cause she will get angry with me over the last part. So since I cant talk to her I cant see a doctor to find out whats wrong, or whats going on, whats normal and not, none of that. Im afraid it really could be implantation bleeding or signs that something could be going wrong inside! Its scary not knowing whats going on and if any of this is normal or not. If anyone can please shed some light on what could be happening I'd really, really appreciate it!

Hey,

Number one rule is to stay calm and try to figure out what's wrong. You could defenitly have something seriously wrong with you, with the headaches have you experienced fever? If so then you should see your dr, remember fever always points to infection. Where exactly in your uterus do you feel the sharp pain? These are questions you need to sit down and ask yourself then read online or take notes of what's going on then bring them to your doctors attention. Oh, and about the mom part, I really dont think she would be mad at you for telling her that something might be wrong, I mean she was the one that had to sign to put you on Birthcontrol in the first place, so she must of known that you were gonna become sexually active one day. She was a smart woman to put you on Birth control because the pill keeps you safe from being another human into this world without being prepared. I hope this gives you peace of mind and a I really incourage you to see your doctor.

Best of luck,
Irenia

If your taking birth control, then your most likely not pregnant..unless you have missed some pills. When did you start the birth control? If recent, then the spotting could be that. You could also have an infection, which would cause the spotting as well. I really do suggest for you to see your doctor. You must have seen your doctor about the birth control, so i'm not sure why you wont go now with a problem?

According to described symptoms my advise is to see the gynecologist immediately. It could be some infection "in package" with ovarian problem or hormonal imbalances. It could be sign of problem with pregnancy.
