Feeling anxious, feverish, and there's something wrong with my throat.

I'm a 17 year old girl who has always been healthy - I eat well balanced food and take care of my health. However, in the previous month something changed. I started feeling anxious for no reason, I can hear my heart beating and although my pulse was always kind of fast, I think it got even faster. A week ago I noticed that when I wake up and go to sleep my throat hurts a little, like something scratched it, I am sneezing quite often and my nose feels weird. At first I thought its just a cold, but these symptoms never went away and I still have them. A few days ago I started feeling like there's something in my throat, it even feels like it's swollen, but I don't see any changes from appearance. This morning I woke up feeling kind of feverish - my head and whole body feels hot but I checked my temperature and it's alright.
I don't know what's happening and it's getting on my nerves - I was always a healthy person who rarely got ill, I don't have any allergies.
One thing that changed in previous months is that I started taking accutane, but a low dose (10mg and I'm on month 2.5 now).
Any advice would be appreciated.

Believe it or not, yes, it could be your Accutane!  That can cause a sore throat and fever. Not a huge percentage and you are definitely on a super low dose.  But, the medical literature shows that it can cause the things you write about.  So, it could be your Accutane.  It's a really and I mean REALLY low percentage of people that have types of side effects.  Anyway, ask your doctor about it
