I had the depo shot about 3 yrs ago for 1 yr & still have not had a period! It's been a little over 2 1/2 yrs stinker I have had ANY cycle. I am 23 yrs old. I have also had 6 prior spinal fusions. (lots of back problems and stress) Starting to get VERY worried about my body. I also do not CURRENTLY have health insurance. Any suggestions on natural things to help? I have been researching like crazy. I have an Appt with a dr coming up that I am paying out of pocket for.

You really should see a doctor. It sounds like you need to get meds to start to regulate your hormones again.

I was on the depo for about 1 1/2 years. It took me a little over a year to get a period and and another for it to be normal again . The depo really messes up some women's bodies. I've swore off any birth control since then. Might just take your body longer to get back to normal. Also since you aren't having periods give yourself breast exams often because without periods your body doesn't produce progestorone and that's what balances your estrogen and if you have to much estrogen causes breast cysts
