stressed out.

I'm 29 yrs old and I am pregnant for the very first time. I am a few weeks pregnant and I never went to ob/gyn yet bc I have to start my process of finding a affordable doctor. Anyway, the father of my unborn child is really stressing me out. Yes I love him but I dnt wanna jeopardize my unborn child's health. What can I do to protect my child from stress?

Thankx for the advice. I have spoken to him about it but he wants to do wat he want. Best thing you have said, is to remove myself from it. Thankx again for the advice.

The best thing you can do is to remove yourself from whatever stressful situation you are in, or to have it change. If it is stable relationship, I would suggest speaking with him and explaining what is stressing you out and how you feel you could feel less stressed. If it is not a stable relationship, I would limit contact with him if possible.
