MRI and menstrual cycle

I had a MRI 2 weeks ago on my ankle.  (fall 8 weeks ago told a sprain and MRI showed undisplaced fractured talus).  I have a 26 day cycle menstrual and I am now 5 days late.  Home preg test is negative yesterday.  Can a MRI alter the normal cycle?
