MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

This bump can be due to folliculitis, swollen lymph node, lipoma or cyst. You should keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.

Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get a FNAC done to rule out the other possibilities.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I had this once when I was young and I had never had sex . It was like puffy but at the same time flat so I put a strip of fat back on it lol it went aways but I think it comes from me using different soaps I'm very senstive and to this day I can still feel where those bumbs r and I'm 24 yrs old and this was when I was like 10.
