Pleassssseee possibility of pregnancy

Honestly now I am getting worried. I need advice. I know pregnancy is a possibility but how big of one. Here is the situation, I made love to my husband on Saturday. Realized I missed my birthcontrol Sunday morning. Then noticed I hadn't taken it since Friday. I took Friday and Saturday's pill that morning. Then that night I took Sundays pill. On Wensday I was suppose to start but have been running a few days late the last two months. It's now Saturday and I haven't started.

I have had cramps on the right side, severe pain. So back to my question what is the possibility I am pregnant. A pregnancy right now could be devasting to me. I know many people want a baby, but I am worried I have lupus or some other autoimmune disorder. I am not in the money or healthiest situation to have a child. Please give me advice.
