Yes.  Kind of an odd request that your husband is desiring to drink milk from you.  (yuck).  I had a hormone imbalance in my 20's and had prolactemia but I don't recommend that and really, you can't 'cause' it on purpose.
good luck

Hi peppyplus,

I just read your comments in other words what you wrote down. The usual
way to get milk in your breasts is to have a baby. The milk in your breasts
is to feed any baby you and your husband might have in the future should
you both decide you want to start a family which is a big decision as bringing a baby into the world is a big decision. Glad I could answer your
question. Evewisewoman

The usual way is to have a baby.  You're not supposed to lactate at any other time, and if you are, it usually means something's really wrong.

Enough nipple stimulation day after day can do it, but it has to be a lot.  A person I know is a doctor for people with severe mental retardation, and one of her clients used to sit and play with her nipples ALL DAY, and eventually started lactating.  But that's not exactly socially acceptable behavior.  And I have no idea how many months/years it took.

Maybe you guys could compromise with whipped cream or something to simulate breastmilk.
