MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Hemorrhagic cysts are just cysts that contain blood. These type of cysts result from an injury or even a small number of tiny blood vessels leaking into the egg. You need to get it evaluated and discuss the treatment options for the haemorrhagic cyst with a gynecologist.
Ice packs, hot water bottles, and painkillers may be needed. But laparoscopic surgery may be needed to remove or repair ruptured hemorrhagic cysts.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
