When I was a sophomore in high school back in '93 I tried out for the football team in hot summer weather. I was unconditioned, first time in a while submitting to such a strenuous activity, and I had developed what I felt was nauseating heat stroke. The chloropsia set in, I told the coaches, and sat out. I later decided to drop out since I had never conditioned myself to play a sport this vigorous in my life, and that summer had JUST BEGUN, that my chances of this occurring a THIRD time would definitely happen. Prior to this, I had experienced chloropsia during another strenuous hot-day activity. Since then I have seen stars once or twice after PT in the military but with rest, water, and electrolytes, I was back to normal. Shoot, I even survived survival training in the hot desert sun for two weeks so it is definitely water, heat, and depletion related.
my vision just went green tinted for about 35 seconds it scared the **** out of me and elevated my heart rate but i think i'm getting over it. might be related to a setting called digital vibrance on my GPU for gaming. i had changed it because of a recommendation but i've just changed it back. that was scary
It's happened to me but I didn't have ringing ear and my vision turned green for like 15 sec and became back to normal and I am 15 years old and diagnosed with RNIB posterior vitreous detachment

Visual changes and ringing in the ears are a disturbing couple of symptoms. I would see an Eye MD and an ENT as quickly as possible. You may also need to see a neurologist.
