Blue veins on hands and legs

I am 33, mother of 5-1/2 old. From Past 2 years I am suffering from Acid reflux and I am nexium since then. The journey over 2 years has not been easy,  diahherea ,constipation, gas, bloating, IBS, chest pain. Over these two years have lost about 20 lbs. From Past one year my weight is has not changed much which was a good sign.

Few months back, I experienced tingling sesantion on my hands and feet. I thought probably because I work on computer and almost spend about 9 hours on it. The tingling sesantionwent away.
About two weeks back I agan had the same sensation but this time it stayed. I was getting tired. I was having back pain, chest pain. I noticed a couple of days ago, my hands turned blue and saw the blue veins on my hands. I was scared to see that. I was already having chest pain, back pain  and was feeling short of breath and then the blue veins. I went to ER . The EKG came out normal. They took x rays for my back and chest they came out normal.
The y ran blood test. They tested me for pernicious anemia. That came out negative. They didn't tested the b12 levels. They asked me to see my primary physician and also reffered me to Cardio Vascualr specialist. I took an appointment for both the doctors.

The swollen veins hurt. Even doing a little work they are becoming more prominent. To add to this lately I am getting cold sores at the edge of my lips. Also noticing tiny white spots on my hands and legs. At times I get migrane like headache. It sometimes hurt below my nose. I feel tired, sometimes feel dizzy getting up.

I am not sure what is happening, Can I be B12 deficent or what else it could be? Can B12 defieciency cause the veins to pop up like this.

How can I overcome this situation? Any suggestions?

I have acid reflux and was on Protoprazole.I started getting tingling in my extremities and twitching too.I asked the stomach doc about med side effects and he said that wasn't one of them.....but when I did some research myself...magnesium,which controls muscle function, binds with the acid reducer and dosent get absorbed properly,so you can end up with a magnesium deficiency.I got some "slow mag' and after about 5 days....bingo....twitching gone!

Did you ever find out what was wrong with you?
I have the EXACT same symptoms: blue veins in hands, headaches, body pain, tired all the time, chest pain, and leg swelling.  I as well started getting acid reflux a year ago, and am on levothyroxine.
Just curious what your diagnosis is?  Also, any absurdities in your blood tests?  I have high D-dimer and eosinophils.
