UNSOLVED CHRONIC STOMACH PAIN

I've had horrible lower pain in my stomach since early February so bad that I've now been out of work for weeks.I'm very nausea and upon trying to eat this gets worse also this pain is almost unbearable. When I make a bowel movement the nausea is brought on. The Doctor has put me on antibotics in case my intestines has a leakage that has been unfound. I've had a C-T Scan, Ultrasound, bloodwork done and X-rays and there were no findings of anything medically wrong.I feel so bad  with this pain and can barely do anything. Is there something my Doctor is missing and should be looking for? I need help badly. PLEASE, Help.

the tests you mentioned  have been performed-negative. The conditions ruled out to be-negatives..A CT-scan with contrast done also. Having a bowel movement makes me feel nausea. When food of water hit my stomach it makes me nausea. The Dr.s are performing more test next week.

have they done a barium enema or even a colonoscopy? where exactly on the lower stomach is your pain?

I had a horrible lower left pain in my stomach and it turned out to be diverticulitis. My husband had a pain on his lower right and it was his appendix. Both where diagnosed with ct scan of the abdomen and the ct was done with contrast.

also the final thing I can think of it IBS. But usually IBS gets some relif after having a bowel movement.
