Sorry I could not see the pic. With hemorrhoids there is usually bleeding into the stool. Sometimes they can be visible externally as an external pile. The external pile may become inflamed leading to pain. Anal cancers can present as growths or ulcers. Others like warts or fungal infections can present as external lumps. At a younger age group it’s unlikely to be anal cancer. To clear doubts, please consult your doctor for a proper evaluation and therapy.
