a possibility of testicular cancer?

i have a small (about pea sized) painless lump NEXT  to my left testicle. it is almost invisible while looking at it, but if i want to squeeze it i can feel it very well. other than that i don´t seem to have any other problems. it`s under skin and i may have a tube below it(even deeper in my body). and i am concerned it could be something bad (TC or cyst). please help.
thank you:)

Your testicle shouldn't have any pea-sized lumps on it. The only way to know for sure what it is is to have a doctor take a look at it and perhaps a scrotal ultrasound, which is a really simple test. That way you will know for sure what it going on and knowing for sure can be a great peace of mind. I would want to see a doctor sooner than later as waiting won't make things go away and in fact, they cold even get worse.
