No, it is not lymphoma. The main reason the lymph nodes do not go back down in size as they should is that they become filled with scar tissue ("fibrosis") from fighting the infection.
You also probably have an over reactive immune system. That can contribute to anxiety.
That is really, really big. So big that if there were lymphoma in the node, it would have wiped out the fatty hilum long ago. So it is reactive, but why?
Any chest/lung problems? Have you had a chest x-ray and skin test for tuberculosis?
Hi, if the ultrasound says it is reactive then there's no reason to think it is lymphoma. But 5cm is very large, are you sure that was the size?
