Why is my penis so veiny?

Hello so I’m 29 year old Male. I’ve been masterbating since the age 12 so like 17 years in I’ve been masterbating excessively 1-2 times a day 3 on a good day. I’ve been in relationships had sex plenty of times etc but I always still would masterbate. Now fast forwarded to a few months ago I was outside one night smoking marijuana and I felt a pain in my right side of groin. Thought it was a hernia but I ignored it kept smoking and masterbated. The next few days the pain got worse and spread to my balls, they got inflamed and I could barely walk or stand for that much at times. My urine stream was weak and my erections were painful especially when I ejaculated. I finally went to the emergency room and they told me to rest, stop masterbating for a week or so, and to take ivy profen. Of course I didn’t listen and continued to masterbate but not as frequently. Now a month later my legs are weak on a regular basis and my groin still hurts when I smoke and or stand or walk or do anything for a long period of time. And most recently I’ve noticed my veins on my penis have gotten larger and more have grown and they will get larger in time I’m assuming. That’s where my question lies, I know I probably have a varcocele on my left side of my testicle, i can feel it. But still I know that can’t be fixed you just have to live with it...so even if I do have a varococele and or prostatitis or even epididymitis, would any of those cause my penis to start to look all veiny and shriveled up like it does??? I don’t want it to look any worse than it already dose veins are veins I know but too many veins way to quickly is my concern. Does anyone know how to help me fix this issue? Can this issue be even fixed ? I actually have my first Urologist appointment tomorrow but you know they give you the run around and sometimes it takes a few visits before you get the right fix. I know my penis has changed appearance drastically in the last month or so, how can I stop this and why is happening? Please someone give me something, I’m desperate here.
