I was diagnosed with a 5 cm petro-clinoid meningioma and wanted to reach out to the forum to hear of anyone experiences with a similar tumor. The tumor invades and expands the right cavernous sinus and completely encasing and narrowing the cavernous right internal carotid artery. It extends medially to the sella/suprasellar cistern, inseparable from the pituitary gland. The pituitary stalk is deviated to the left. Superior displacement of the right greater then left opic nerves/chiasm/tracts. I have very mind symptoms (headaches, hearing loss, numbness of face, arm, leg and head of right side). I've seen two neurosurgeons who advice me to wait and watch for 6 months.
