Hello,
I really appreciate your help with this question.
I was driving on the highway, had the sunroof open and my hand sticking out enjoying the fresh air, then I noticed what it looks like a dead raccoon, I avoided it but not sure if the car front of me ran over it.
My question is, if the car that was from of me somehow splashed the dead animal brain tissue or its saliva in the air and it got on my hand or inside the car from the sunroof opening, what is the risk of transmission in this case?
The animal must have been dead for at least 12 hours.
Thanks.
