L2-L3: Broad-based disc protrusion causing mild spinal stenosis.
L3-L4: Type I Modic endplate changes with Schmorl's node formation.
Minimal disc protrusion. Mild facet arthropathy. Mild spinal canal
stenosis. Mild right foraminal narrowing.
L4-L5: Mild facet arthropathy.
L5-S1: Facet arthropathy.
