A week ago my kids and I made Christmas cookies, including some that required icing post baking. After the cookies cooled I put them in the freezer. The next day my daughter presented with a fever, and a few days later tested positive for influenza A. I'm curious how long the flu virus can survive in the frozen cookies? Even if it's down the road, I'd love to still give the cookies to our friends and family. But obviously don't want to be giving anybody the flu virus. Thanks!
