Sucralfate, Rebamipide, Misoprostol

Has anyone been prescribed the medication Sucralfate, Rebamipide or Misoprostol before? I do believe this medication will really help lower patm significantly if not treat it.

Guys this is what we need to try - Sucralfate or any of the three above. If it works - decreases patm or completely gone, then it would verify that this just another form similar to ulcer. If it doesn't work, then we can completely rule out the gut lining inflammation theory, but notice all the evidence we have now appears to be going in that direction.
