Thyroid Maintenance in Florida

Excuse the title, as I could not come up with something better to encompass this horrible situation.
I reside in Florida, and while it’s always been a real fight to get decent care with my insurance and situation,  in the last 4 months, its been the worst battle to find a competent endocrinologist that does not fixate on TSH, that understands how to read an NDT conversion chart and how Hashimoto’s is an immune disorder. I have not been very successful.
My history of insanity with incompetent doctors has included over medication to ‘shrink nodules’ (that caused 100 lb weight gain), tests for brain tumours, Cushings, lost pituitary glands, and Addisons. It’s been dreadfully frustrating. I have none of theses issues. I am on tsh suppressant medication that seems to infuriate doctors.
Since the addition of Cytomel years ago,  my weight has returned normal. My TSH has not, and never had been. I do not convert t4 well,
Currently, I am on both t4 and t3 meds, have had most of my thyroid removed, and do now have the return of a small nodule.
What I will not have in a matter weeks is insurance.
As horrible as it has become to find a decent doctor, it is now a bit worse.
Does anyone at all know of an out of pocket honest PA, ARNP or doctor that truly treats for thyroid maintenance? And if there are affordable out of pocket labs?
I’m in a good enough range at the moment and have enough medication for awhile, but I am starting to research and thought I’d start here, as I’ve had several advisors over the years that have been exceptional. I’m hopeful someone knows of someone, thanks in advance.

In addition to the doctor I mentioned in Kissimmee, this is a list of patient recommended doctors .  Notice the 4 criterion for being listed.  Then scroll down to the spot on the left side where it says Search by Keyword, and enter Florida.  That will give you a long lisst of doctors in Floria, who meet the 4 criteria listed.

I am willing to travel up to 3 hours or more for the right doctor.. Im in Tampa/Clearwater. Im currently researching self pay lab kits w/o doctors script. Some come with support, they say.
Check out Ulta Labs - a basic thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3 and Free T4) is $59.95.  You order the test, they send you a lab order, you make an appointment at Quest, then go get the blood draw and receive your report shortly after.  This is the online lab recommended by The Thyroid Pharmacist (Isabella Wentz).   Quest in my area  no longer accepts walk ins but it's easy to make an appointment online.
