This is a comment strictly from personal experience... I would definitely discuss this again with your obgyn and request a hormone level check. I am a 38 year old 'meopausal' woman after having a complete hysterectomy at 35. I had every symptom you described and still do from time to time when things get out of whack. The symptoms you describe could all be attributed to excessses or deficiencies with your hormones. I'm not sure why a young woman would be having hormone problems, but its worth checking out. My obgyn is a specialist in hormone replacement therapy and I am tested a couple of times a year through a saliva test. He says this is the most accurate way to test levels. (more than a blood test.) I work in the counseling field and have seen hormonal imbalances cause the craziest things from depression to seizures. They're powerful things.
You could also request a complete blood count CBC to see overall health and a blood test for autoimmune disease to rule out something there.
Try not to get frightened, just do your research and take control of your medical care. Even doctors miss things once in awhile so if there is something you'd like to be tested for, tell them so. You could go to your GP for the basic tests, maybe even the saliva test unless your doc would rather you see the obgyn for that. Just let her know you are concerned and what ideas you have and ask her to help you figure out what the problem is.
Good luck!!
CBC was normal. Thanks for your input:)
i am a 66 yr old w/m,i have this also,i have roesesa,my face gets real hot,but mainly the hot neck and shoulder are on my left side only,i have had all of these tests done ,no findings,it does not do it all of the time,it almost makes me have an anxiety attack, feels strange, skin feels hot to the touch and the chills,if i put a cool/wet washcloth on around my neck and shoulder it seems to help make it better,if you get any answers let me know, feel better
I get this same thing and more. I feel warm all over my back and arms and it’s a rising burning sensation as it engulfs the skin. Had it some time. I think it’s tied to my gut.
