Rectal and Penis Pain

Good Morning,

I've never posted in these before so please bare with me.  I'm a 29 year old male with these symptoms and previous medical attenion:

I have rectal pain that starts on the outer part and shoots inside to lower abdomen and then a sharp and sometimes dull pain into the penis.  (Hard to pinpoint in the genital area)  Been going on for awhile.  Been diagnosed with Chlamydia, epididymitis and some thought it was a kidney stone because this all started with bad abdomen pain along with testicle pain.  I have had pain after ejacualtion which hurts for that particular night and then goes away by the time I awaken the next morning.  No blood in excretion or ejaculation. (That I notice)  The pain here is not excruciating but well noted daily.  Mind you pain was never in just one testicle to begin with which throught the Docotr's off for Epididymitis.

I have had Chlamydia and gonoria (Gonoria 10 years ago) in the past. (Spelling is horrible sorry)  I had extreme pain in my testicles last year off and on and had them checked out.  Urine sample, CT, Ultrasound.  I saw a Urologist but really didn't get much out of him exept take this Doxy and finish your script.

I write to whomever knows and ask:  Since I only took my Doxy for 2 weeks could this be the return of an infection/STD or etc.  Torsion was ruled out (Ultrasound).  My testicles have not had the severe pain since the urologist appointment.  But I persist to have rectal pain more often and still pain shooting (not extreme) in y penis and testicle area.  Is this prostate issues?  I apologize for the choppy email and all these questions but I'm typing my thoughts as we go.

Any thoughts would be well appreciated and all the information the better.  I know I need to see someone but is it a Urologist or a Prostate Doctor.  I want kids and I am terrified of my outcome.  (Epididymitis scare)

Thanks so much for you time whoever you may be.  Email address again is chadt_landscaping***@*******@****

My deepest appreciation

Hey Chad I'm very sorry to hear that you went through all of this. I find myself two months into the same nightmare I have been to two gastroenterologist and a proctologist because my pain started out the same way but honestly I have the pressure and pain in the rectum. I have had an endoscopy a colonoscopy and a sigmoidoscopy. All come up negative everything is fine no polyps no anything no explanation for my rectal pain that for sure has something to do with pain at the tip of the penis I wondered did it get worse when your bladder was full? Can you tell me are you still having this issue were you able to take anything to alleviate the pain and discomfort?

Could this be a vascular problem, have you seen a GP and told them about it?

I would make sure that you finish all of the antibotics. Infections become resistant to certain antibotics due to not finishing all of the drug. Go for a second opinion at a different MD and make sure that you have protected sex for now on.

This is so crazy. I have been to 5 different urologist. I have had every test you could ever imagine. I can feel a throbing pain underneth my sack. This pain gets severe after
ejaculation. I know this pain goes from my sperm tube down towards my rectum. I have very little amounts of seman.

Doctors have given me levaquin, doxy and several other things I can't even remember

Any recommendations?????? Please
