I could answer this a lot better if i knew your age..women usually stop growing hair under arms and stop needing to shave legs somewher around 65 -70..its just a normal part of aging,,,I dont think this is related to your surgery.
My body hair growth also receded. I am 50. Was ' given ' a total hysterectomy 2 years ago. I do believe it is because of the change in ( or lack of ) hormones. NHRT helps but there is NOTHING better than the real thing.
I have exactly the same thing happening. I’m just 2 months post hysterectomy and my body hair (not head hair) has slowed down significantly. I went from shaving my legs every other day to maybe once a week.
I started searching for answers tonight and I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing this. Don’t get me wrong it’s amazing! Just wondered if it would work its way up to my head and cause me baldness.
I’m 47, no replacement therapy. Radical hysterectomy.
