Three good games of bowling. I had a 127, 124, 159. Our team is in 1st place. Next week is the last week for the winter session. We will start the summer session in May...

My only consistent exercise is on this bowling league. I bowled a 102, a 123, and a 119. my average is now 101. YAY!!

I started back on the stationary bike today. I rode for 35 minutes. went 4.75 miles, and averaged about 60 RPM
