Thank you all and thank u heather for making post..... I really can't tell u guys how much u have been like a family and there thru thick and thin, I just got back from my first family dinner in years and everyone was so shocked at how different I look and act and the first thing I say when they ask how is that my medhelp family was my truest support and that's my compliment and thanks to you guys to brag about how amazing u all are u are my family that truly understands... Thank u all for chiming in you all just made a very good night end even better.... YAY! A huge congratulations to you and your hard-earned 30 days!! I loved reading your updates from the beginning and you demonstrated such determination, will, and positivity. Its at this time you'll start to really notice a difference and feel like your old self (uh, in your case "young self" haha). Anyway, keep those days coming. Each day just gets better and better.
