3 WEEKS TODAY!!!
Just letting everyone know as of 10am today i am three weeks away from perks. feeling good!! energy has been a problem the last couple days. but all in all i feel great. need a day off work but other than that im good. prayers to all who need it. let me tell you that you can do it all it takes is time and mental fortitude. i mean if i can you can trust me!! the physicals don't last and then its a mental game. you are stronger than than you think. i still get cravings but they are fewer and further between. i see a lot of people suffering alone and just so u know the people in your life that truly love u will be stronger than u give them credit for i know mine was. breaking down and telling my girlfriend and my brothers was the best thing for me. they became my safety net and helped me get through the toughest part of it. love to all .
