Hi all I just wanted to drop you all a note to let you know Ash & I are still among the living. I have been on travel so much I barely have the time to breathe. Ashley's baby bump is huge so we got a big one in the oven.

I nursed both my girls and it was the best thing i did.  I also used cloth diapers but dont really recommend those!!  They do make great dust rags later in life!!!

Hey Guys just checking in, Mom and baby are doing well today and he is starting to breast feed and little Mick went right for it like an old pro. I am so proud he is just like his old man LOL. So I will check back with you guys later this is so cool we have a little person to take care of.

ROFL is right!!!  Ashley is amazing.....and I'm sure she IS beautiful...but I
kinda get her point right now.  It's a woman thing I guess.  (grinnin)

Hey with all of the excitement I just realized that today is 4 years and 1 day that I first logged onto MedHelp and asked for help. Wow time flies when you are around great and wonderful people. I thought I would be able to put my head down and fall asleep ut I am really wound up. I think I will go to the gym and work some of this adrenaline off. See you all for now.
