Any of you girls want to talk MENAPAUSE ?

I feel like I'm spending my life now trying to get some sleep.  I spend my nights putting tons of clothes on because I'm freezing, only to wake 20 minutes later to rip them off cause I'm so hot.  I'm tired 24/7.   Ahhhhhh  I can't stand this anymore. I don't do anything good for myself because I'm too darn tired. I've had all my blood work done and all is good. Don't want to resort to a bunch of sleeping pills.  Mother nature can be so cruel. lol
Anyone out there going through this ?    Any helpful hints ?

feels like a spend 1/2 the night in the bathroom sometimes or looking for a place to go when we are out. Dosen't stop me ofcourse I just know one day my butt is going to be on U tube.

One day sara you and I are gonna get shot. lol! I have no fear either I will get out of the car and walk right up to them. It almost got really ugly in a Target parking lot Damn little witch she was all talk though.
Jeeze sara when they blow kisses you catch them and slap on your butt!

Speaking of driving and anger.....this guy passed me today and made a kissing motion to me and waved.  didnt know him from adam.  After my gestures, rolling the window down and expressing my "love" i doubt he will do that again.  Had i wanted to kiss him i would of pulled him over and stated my intentions!!
