Going Crazy

Ive been tapering down on my vicodin and my willpower has me down to 30 MG a day... i was taking 130 MG not too long ago... and now i have just been told by my girlfriend of 3 years that she has been cheating on me and seeing someone else.... On top of the bad withdrawal ive been going through (which ive been handling okay) i now have a heart shattered in a million ******* pieces... I dont know if im strong enough anymore... Everything seems to be falling apart right when they were picking up... i dont know what to do right now.

I am so sorry that really really ***** big time. Don't let her ruin all that you have accomplished don't let her be the excuse to allow yourself to go back to what you were doing. Just think if you can get through this you can get through anything. Be strong you can do this. You need strong people who really care about you not people who obviously do not. I've been where you are with the cheating and I know nothing I can say can take away how you are feeling just as no words can describe the pain but I can tell you it does get better. Maybe not right away but day by day it will just stay strong. I'm here if you need to talk.

Im sorry you are going through this. I know how it feels to be kicked when youre already down. Its been one thing after another with my Ex, he still continues to hurt me to this day. Its rough to carry on with your recovery when crapp like that happens, but you MUST carry on! Don't let her ruin what youve accomplished already!! Dont let her take that last thing away from you! She may have taken your heart, but dont let her take your sobriety and recovery away too. Hang in there, it will get better with time. I know that sounds so cliche and meaningless right now to you, but it is true. PM me if you need to talk more or anything.
