norcos or valiums. which is worse

I just cut down on 10/325 norcos, was taking 20+ a day, past 2 days down to <6. but taking 3 (10mg) valium instead 2 take edge off. ne1 know what the wd symptoms for benzos are? how long it takes 2 be addicted to em? All i know is now as opposed 2 the norcos, i can wake up and actuaaly make coffee b4 downing 4 or 5 pills. maybe V's r the less of 2 evils??

thx guys so much, and i do know you are all correct. Yesterday called my dr. and got a script for tramadol, went and bought valerian root and melatonin and benadryl, no norcos or benzos since yesterday at 11am. feeling pretty ok. very proud of me, i can do the w/d been there comin off 120mg methadone + 13 or more bags of dope day. thank you all, ur support is definately helping me right now!

I would toss the benzos asap the wd from them are far worse then hydro ..Not to mention there are far worse side effects coming off benzos like the possibility of seizures and they have to be tapered VERY slowly to get off of them they are BAD news.I would start with that and keep tapering the hydro because you are taking in way to much Tylenol and you could be damaging your liver ...I would discuss a taper plan with your doctor and have them check your liver count.

IMO what you're doing is switching addictions and you really don't wanna get hooked to benzos... The time it takes to get addicted to them depends from one another, we all are different, but if you higher up your dosage already, you have to build up tolerance pretty fast. The wd's are awful, RLS, hypersensitivity to everything (noise, smell, taste,...) Irritability, mood swings, black mental cloud,...
There's nothing like a "less evil"!!! Benzos need to be tapered and that's a long road to take...
