Forming a Group? (Biblical Analysis)

I'm not seeing how you do that exactly (form a group).

I also recall a number of people expressed an interest in biblical analysis, theology, etc... with me.

I thought a group would be the perfect place to do this.

All backgrounds are welcome, especially Norse Vikings. :->

Yes, I've got about 22 new videos. Apparently, I have a flair for comedy, indignant outrage and "people like my voice", although some have said I sound scary.

Go figure (I get that a lot).

I've picked up almost fifty subscribers in the first month and I'm told that's impressive, but what do I know? I'll send you a link to the latest one.

Oh, and join up with the group if you want. I don't think it needs an invitation to join, at least, if there's a setting for that, I don't know how to do it.

I'm going to leave it public for the moment, as when reading the groups "contract" it is very clear that if a group is offensive to anyone they can simply avoid visiting the group.

If med-help requests that I make it private due to controversy, then I'll agree to do so.

I recognize your fears over this topic and worries, but I am hoping that we can be adults about it and hopefully bridge a gap that's becoming very wide in our society today.

And yes, some of the topics will likely be controversial. I have moderated a group like this before and it went surprisingly well. Perhaps it's my mixed background.  Having been and being a Jewish/ Christian/ Wiccan/ Atheist covers many of the belief systems that may show up. :-)

Baron, You may need to make it a private group, to where you need to invite people, since it could be considered a touchy subject. If you do start the group, I would like to be invited, if you don't mind. Let me know if it happens.

Ideally we'd be examining text from all kinds of perspectives, Christian and non-christian alike. If you're fine with that, you should enjoy it.

I just figured out how the whole group thing works. I think I have to wait for it to be approved...

I hope that's the case, otherwise I just messed up and erased my first message, and I hate when that happens.

It puts me in the kind of mood that would make Saint Francis of Ass1isi Kick Puppies. :-)
